The Fastener Training Institute and the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI)
continue their partnership to present Fastener Training Week - five
intensive days of education and plant tours as part of the acclaimed FTI
Certified Fastener Specialist™ (CFS) advanced technical training
program. After completing this invaluable industry training in a small
group environment and passing a final exam, attendees are eligible for
the CFS designation.

The five-day training is advanced, so we recommend attendees have
two years of experience or complete Fastener Basics or Product Training
in advance.

Required Materials:
Each participating company is REQUIRED to bring a copy of either the
10th or 11th edition of the IFI Inch Fastener Standards book. 10th edition
books can be ordered through FTI but must be done so two weeks prior
to class. Select “IFI Inch Standards Book” ($420) during registration
check-out.

Registration fees are per person for five days of training.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing no later
than two weeks before the start of Fastener Training Week and are
subject to a $350 processing fee. Individuals will receive a written
confirmation of cancellation from Fastener Training Institute. All no-
shows will be invoiced for full registration fees. The Fastener Training
Institute reserves the right to change instructors or cancel seminars and
cannot be held responsible for costs incurred other than the registration
fee.
