This is an excellent topic for quality team members, engineers, manufacturing leads, sales, or for anyone wanting to know more about why part workmanship is so important to aerospace fasteners.This one-day training explores workmanship relative to cold-headed fasteners as well as common manufacturing defects – and the actions and countermeasures employed by the industry to reduce or eliminate them. The class also studies each of the major processing steps - contribution of the raw material, cold-heading, thread rolling, and material handling.
